More and more sites cropping up are using old fashioned HTML. I'm a big fan myself. The Levi's Copper website is a great example of something that really works - loads fast, shows the product beautifully, and keeps it simple. I especially like the old school gif animations. Nicely done.

The brothers are now calling on the support of their family and friends to help them win the $1 million dollar production budget to direct a feature film they wrote and entered in the competition.

Having won their first round short film ‘shootout’, The Brothers directed another short film which is now being voted upon by the public after it aired on Foxtel’s MovieExtra channel last night.

As some of you may know, I'm taking a bit of time off work at the moment to care for our new baby Felix, who was born last Wednesday, October 18th. He's a great big healthy boy and David and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to all of you for your good wishes.

My clever husband commented, when he saw yesterday's post, that he designed some of these panographies a few years back. He's kindly made one of them into desktop images - download 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1920x1200.

Check out this great tutorial on panography - a patchwork-ish method of fusing a large number of photos together to create a nice effect.

I'm constantly amazed at what others in creative fields are doing. Inventive food, in particular, always impresses me. Eating is something we do every day but rarely take the time to do well. This photographic account of the menu at El Bulli in Spain make me want to go jump on a plane and try it all.

A new movie website I worked on in the very early (ideas only) stages has just gone live. The movie is called Confetti, and it's hilarious.
